Extra Credit Guidelines
Students will  receive 1 point of extra credit added to their overall 4th 9 weeks average in my Texas History Class for attending the San Jacinto Festival on April 26, 2014 and witnessing the battle reenactment.  To receive credit, students need to type a half page summary describing the event and what they learned about history from attending the festival.  Also, attach a photo of themselves at the festival to the second half of the paper (The picture should have been taken with a reenactor or in front of one of the many realistic sets designed specifically to recapture the spirit of Texas during that era.)
Due May 5, 2014.
